Eligibility
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, provided that:
- The product is unopened.
- The safety seal remains intact.
- The product is in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase is provided.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for:
- Opened supplements
- Used products
- Products with broken safety seals
- Clearance or final sale items
- Gift cards
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photographs of the product and packaging where applicable.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.
Return Shipping
Unless the return is due to our error or a defective product, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
